Hello visitor!! You have reached the homepage of ccbrew, a little terminal program that reads the whole Claude Code corner of the internet (Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub) so you don't have to. Every morning it picks the genuinely cool projects people built, skips the complaining, and prints a short digest right in your terminal. Like a morning newsletter, minus the email.

*today's crop leans hard into meta-tooling — agents watching
agents, prompts optimizing prompts.*
## Projects
- NovelToGame — a 7-skill pipeline that turns any novel into
a playable web game. github.com/worldwonderer/novel-to-game
- mentor — reads your session history and audits how you
actually work. github.com/smixs/mentor
- cc-cache-playbook — cutting per-turn context overhead by
96%. github.com/51enuxu/cc-cache-playbook
...5 more in the full digest...
How does it work??
Two-pass brewing process, just like real coffee:
| 1. GATHER | pulls 2–3 days of posts from r/ClaudeCode, r/ClaudeAI, r/Anthropic, Hacker News + new GitHub repos (all free APIs, no keys) |
| 2. FILTER | throws out rants, help posts & duplicates for $0.00 |
| 3. TRIAGE | a small Claude (haiku) skims everything and picks the promising ones |
| 4. BREW | a bigger Claude (sonnet) reads the comments & READMEs and writes the digest |
| COST | exactly 2 Claude calls per day on your existing Claude subscription. Reruns are cached. --dry-run costs nothing. |
